After that, dive into the cool, skin-revitalizing fleece pool and step into the bubbling Jacuzzi. In the foot bath or the pebble walk you will stimulate the reflex points of the foot, in addition to activating the circulation.
The battery of cold, essences and biothermic showers will tone your body and prepare it for the dry sauna and Turkish bath, where there will be increased sweating that will cause the release of toxins and total relaxation. Thermal shock is achieved through the bucket shower and ice fountain.
