How does it work?

  • Complete the purchase of the GIFT VOUCHER.
  • If you wish to gift this VOUCHER to someone else, you will need to include the recipient's email address, and we will send them a gift email with the completed purchase. Please note, you can include a personalized message that will be included in the email.

The use of the gift voucher is subject to the availability of the establishment.

The stay is not valid for minors.

Our SPA is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Wearing a swimsuit, cap, and flip-flops is mandatory.

A refund cannot be requested for services that were not used during the stay.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase.

    We regret to inform you that we cannot extend the validity of the voucher under any circumstances.

    To enjoy them, you must redeem them before the expiration date.

    Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the beneficiary named at the time of purchase.

    Non-refundable: the establishment will charge 100% of the reservation, including all the services contracted.
